The Corsairs of the St. Lawrence are two landlubbers who dream of great adventure. One day, while the captain goes away to buy a sandwich, the two cabin boys, in a series of blunders, lift anchor without him and set sail without a sextant or compass. Captain Jack, with his biting wit, is furious to have lost his ship and crew! The two clumsy sailors, caught off guard, gain confidence and begin navigating by sight through shoals, schools of toe-nipping belugas, ferocious Matane shrimps, and charming sirens. A storm throws them off course, and they run aground on an island, with no other recourse than their two hands and a few tools to repair the ship whose mast has broken. After duels and lamentations, the corsairs-turned-pirates set sail again to continue their journey towards the Atlantic.

This show, aimed at a family audience, brilliantly combines clowning, sword fighting, cannonball juggling and diabolo manipulation, acrobatics, music and sea shanties.
